Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Virtualsis LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through getvirtualsis.com. By booking or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Virtualsis LLC provides remote technical support, virtual assistant services, and software development/consulting. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

3. Service Plans & Billing

• Hourly (Drop-In): Billed per session. Payment is due before or at time of service.
• Monthly Retainer Plans: Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Overage: Hours beyond your plan are billed at $65/hr and invoiced at end of billing cycle.
• Vibe Code Sessions: Billed at $100/hr. Estimates provided upfront.

All prices are in USD. Virtualsis LLC reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days notice to existing clients.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly retainer plans may be cancelled at any time, effective at end of current billing period
• Hourly sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your technical issues and systems
• Grant necessary access required to perform the service
• Back up your data before any support session — Virtualsis LLC is not liable for data loss
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

Virtualsis LLC is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, third-party service outages, or indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

7. Intellectual Property

Custom deliverables become your property upon full payment. Virtualsis LLC retains rights to general methods and non-client-specific tools developed during engagements.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and credentials as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with law.

9. Remote Access

Remote sessions require temporary screen-share or remote access which you may revoke at any time. We only access systems necessary to resolve the stated issue.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
