Refund Policy

At Virtualsis, we stand behind the quality of our technical support services. Your satisfaction matters, and we want to be transparent about how refunds work.

Service-Based Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion. If your issue was not resolved to your satisfaction, contact us at support@getvirtualsis.com and we will review your case. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Subscription / Recurring Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of a billing renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle. Cancellations made after 7 days will take effect at the end of your current billing period — no refund is issued for that cycle.

Non-Refundable Services

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve disputes quickly and chargebacks create unnecessary delays for both parties.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@getvirtualsis.com with your invoice number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
